Ionic and Covalent Compounds Properties

My hypothesis within the crystal forms is that it will be possible since it has been lots of evidence that they form crytalls. In the case of the comparison between the two compounds in melting point and conductivity is that the ionic compound will have a higher melting point since it requires a metal and also a higher conductivity since as the other case, it also has a metal but it only works melted.
